Binds

A bind is like a kids springy toy, it can coil right up and when it is released there is a rush of energy. When you do yoga binds look for that, see if you can feel the flood of energy on the release.

Sometimes we get into a ‘bind’ in life. Situations where we fell all tied up and uncomfortable. Our yoga binds help us through real life binds. They can feel uncomfortable but we learn to breath through them and when we are released from the bind we experience the incredible flood of freedom that we wouldn’t have felt before the bind.
